Celebrating the Success of Our Senior Seminar!
On Tuesday, November 26th, Community Outreach Center hosted an informative and engaging seminar for seniors, focusing on navigating medical insurance and financial planning. We are thrilled to share that the event was a resounding success, with over 75 attendees joining us to gain valuable insights and guidance—all free of charge.
Our expert speakers provided critical information:
• Rabbi Hersh Horowitz, Executive Director of Community Outreach Center, reviewed medical insurance options, including Medicare and Medicaid.
• Mr. Mark Leibowitz from SCS Pooled Trust explained how a pooled trust can help seniors qualify for Medicaid.
• Mr. Sheldon Mayer, an experienced estate planning attorney, shared essential tips on elderly law and planning for the future.
